Dear Sir,
I had booked “VOX Multimedia Projector “ with cash on delivery option via order no[protected] on Tel no [protected] of Planet M
I received it today( 23/09/2015) at 11 am via AWB no DELVDOC143498 .
I opened packet and with my IT dept Help installed it .
I found that REMOTE is not working at all even after putting new batteries, as also resolution of projector is really very poor, does not look like HD even when we play HD movie
I called up Planet M [protected] at 1 noon today ( 23/09/2015) and logged compliant to Mr Anand, he gave customer care no of VOX -[protected] and[protected]. On later no they diverted me back to Planet M
I tried again calling but of no help as they asked me to contact Planet M only
I am sorry to say this product is very bad & I should get immediate replacement or money back
I faced 3 issues a) Remote not working at all b) Piece defective c) Its bad service as I was asked to call VOX and VOX asked me to log compliant with Planet M only –I had done 3 times
Issue is I had asked Mr Pawankumar of Planet M telecall person who booked my order on procedure
He had asked me to call within 24 hrs of receipt to get money back
I have called again and your person confirmed that against my order no compliant is logged .
I hope I get quick money back
