Planet Spark — No Response to Refund payment and cancel EMI after discontinue class as Mentioned their clause and promised to refund money

As per clause and Term and condition of planet spark they have mentioned clearly "that we have a no question asked same day 100% refund policy for any unused classes for ONE SHOT PAYMENTS AND ECS PROCESS."
As we have found the class and services not as we expected, we have send request mail to discontinue the class and to get refund our payment and to cancel the EMI.
BUT Planet spark not giving any response mail to get back our REFUND as they committed. Its shows planet spark is completely for business not for education.

Refund Policy:

NO QUESTIONS ASKED, SAME-DAY, 100% REFUND POLICY. We’ve taken a legal indemnity to refund on the same day. If you’re not happy with the course at any point, we’ll refund the remaining classes back immediately on the same day.

So, if you’re not happy after the 1st class of a 60 classes course (for example), PlanetSpark will refund the remaining 59 classes back to you.

We here at PlanetSpark Confirm that we have a no question asked same day 100% refund policy for any unused classes for ONE SHOT PAYMENTS AND ECS PROCESS.

Note:- EMI should not deduct from next month. Please Refund the amount which we have paid in advance INR 9000.

We are very disappointed with your services and response. Please process our 100% refund Amount 9000Rs and immediately process to stop our EMI from early salary.

Incase refund will not process by today. I'll register complaint against planet park and team for fraud in consumer court.

Planet Spark proved worst for me in terms of refund. after 3 months of classes I decided to discontinue and informed the counsellor about my decision. I requested for refund as per their policy but they said it will take 4-5 weeks for refund. And then they were always tricky on raising tickets to misguide. subjects were not mentioning refund. they did not give a clear statement upon refund like refund amount, refund date. this is scary. they continue sending me mails to attend the classes. They pretend that classes are continue and it is me who is missing the class in their records. this is to prove that if you demand for refund, their system will not process for it. Paying them directly can be disaster. using some payment gateway like paypal or paytm which gives some guarantee may be helpful to claim your refund. As counsellors or contact points dont pick your call or dont respond. I am following up for my refund since last month.
