I ordered 1 Kerla Ayurveda Balarishtam on[protected] and received order confirmation mail as well. But its been 5 days my order has not been delivered. You will never be able to reach there customer care, as they are always busy and also they will never call you back. The email which they provided, is also have one way communication channel, means you can receive the mails but cannot mail them back.

I think this is a fraud...

I placed Order #KT[protected] dated December 10th, 2022, on the website amounting to Rs.2210/- (acknowledgment attached), however, I have not received the order, and neither the money has been refunded.

I want a refund as soon as possible....

I paid money for the order. But not receoved till now. There is no response....

I placed an order (KT[protected] with pohunch.com worth Rs 920, but its still not delivered. It was supposed to deliver within 48 hours. I tried to call them, but they are not answering. Tried to connect with them through watsapp, but there also no response. Please arrange for the refund of my money at the earliest....

I have ordered golden harvest rice for INR 408 on 11th December 2022, we have not received the order till date and the customer care number is not responding along with their WhatsApp number, their customer care email id is also fraud showing delivery failure. This website is fraud, collecting money from people and not acting on the deliverables. Please arrange for refund....

I placed a prepaid order on 9th December 2022 for ₹298 but I have yet not received any response from the website and all the numbers provided are fake and unresponsive....

Order no. KT[protected] is undelivered after more than a week. Customer care no. initially asks to wait, then disconnects the call after saying their representative will call back....

against Order Id - KT[protected] on (Dec2, 2022) and made advance payment of Rs. 721/- via net banking as COD was option was not there. But I have neither received the products nor my calls were answered through a recorded message that 'all their customer care executives are busy and will call me later'....

I had ordered Gillette Mach 3 blades of 3 sets from Pohunch. I had paid amount trough credit card link provide by them. Even after many days of order, I did not receive my items. While tried to approach Pohunch call centre, no response received. Neither I received response on whats app nor mail.
Pohunch is a fraud website and request you to please let me know how can I get my money back and how can I sue pohunch owners legally?...

Was scouting for top quality hing...Googled.Found this fake website... Paid through upi... Received sms and email acknowledgement stating it seems an individual 'krishna tawniiya' transaction has succeeded...I immediately suspected that this is a fake website... Emailed, whatsapped, called pohunch ...Dead response...Mail id is fake... Lost money... That's what i feel......

I was scouting for a top quality Hing... Google threw the website pohunch.com...immediately i ordered, paid through UPI... I got sms and email for payment acknowledgement from a number which says ann individual has received the payment... immediately i grew suspicious...the online grocery store pohunch.com sent an acknowledgement for order received not payment received...i tried to reach through WhatsApp...no response... email sent got returned......
