I had ordered (jan, 2023) 2 liter Amul Desi Ghee, and had to make prepayment of Rs.903/- via credit card for the same as COD option was not available. Tried to contact on phone received a message that all of their customer care executives are busy and will contact me later, tried to send them mail on their email addresses ([protected]@pohunch.com and [protected]@pohunch.com) but they remained undelivered.
