We have purchased LED TV from poorvika showroom on January. we were offered a gift box with the purchase as Pongal offer. On the time of the purchase the sales executive told like we are short of gift right now, once we received the gift box we will intimate you, but it's being 2months we have not received any information regarding this, we tried to connect with that sales executive several times, no response from them.
