I had initially booked a different car in the same showroom of popular pala and the booking was changed to a different car.. we waited for 2 months and they were going on saying the delay was due to current situation. Later they informed that the vehicle was sent. we asked multiples times if there was change in rate..they said "no" it is the same price.. they came with a loan person and at the time of billing we noticed there is price variation. When asked they said it is just small amount.. we tried sayin we need time to think but they tried manipulating us saying price will increase more and no offer etc. They made us take the loan however got to knw later that it was more and were trying to fool us.. somehow we escaped from taking it.. and the next one was insurance amnt. These people took more amnt than the original claim. We raised our query on this and they said would refund. Now they are saying that they need additional things for the offer. We are middle class famly with many other financial. wanted to take a vehicle as there are aged family members. They made us in a way that we regret this decision. We seriously wanna escape and dont want this vehicle. There is no option.. startin til now it is really disappointing. Thinking the tata service issues opted maruti but it looks like this is also same.. we atleast have confidence on safety for tata. Here there is nothing.. there are more than 100 unresolved complaints. Writing this for others to be safe.. please dont get trapped like us. We are badly disappointed unfortunately we cannot cancel we need to struggle as we have taken loan..
**we had no one to provide any guidance so we felt in it thinking it was like this.. please have someone with u while dealing with such people**TAKE TIME AND DECIDE**
