I bought goods from pothys on 17 Feb 2023. I paid the bill amount of 5999/- with my debit card. The cash person made me enter card details in card machine and after few moments said that card didn’t go through, never shared any transaction unsuccesful receipt; And inserts my card in another machine. And asks for the pin again and confirms transaction succesful.
I immediately checked my bank details I realised that amount has been deducted twice for same bill. I asked the person in the counter again and they promised that the amount will be reversed with 2-7 working days..They shared a letter to the bank for the same.. But so far the amount has not been reversed back.. and i have been following up this issue with no response for weeks.
Kindly look into this issue and credit my money back into my account at the earliest.
