I booked a polo tsi with pps bangalore and the exec manoj was really quick in setting up td and pushing me to pay advance booking which i did. But after a weeks time i got to know that the finance process is not gonna work for me so i opted to cancel and sent an email pps sales vw cs on 9th july. I was told the refund was processed and the money will be credited within 10 business days.in comes a weeks lockdown in blr from 14th until 22nd july then i get to know that the refund is yet to be processed and will happen only after 22nd (False promise). Post lockdown from 23rd i have been given multiple false promises by pps and finally last week when i start pushing i was promised it will hit my account last friday (Still false promise).. Manoj says monday and still no credit of funds (False promise).
In all of this i get a screenshot of the excel with the list of cx waiting for refund from pps and the shocking thing i got to see there was mine was listed only on the 7th august which meant they initiated the refund only on 7th august which was after a month i requested for refund (So what was pps doing and what were the thinking and planning on). So for 1 month pps has made me run around and the most frustrating part is there is absolutley no regret or shame from any of these guys and not one has the courtsey to call me and say we messed up.
