Complaint marked as Resolved I got in touch with Practo by chat and after listening to me patiently twice they alerted their support team. It was actually the courier Hipship (Fedex) fault. They rang the wrong number and did not contact me to verify the address. Probably their courier boy was someone inexperienced and he just returned without making proper efforts to deliver the package. I phoned Fedex phoned and they told me the package will arrive before 8 PM today evening. I told them since it is a work address I will be available only till 5PM and the lady concerned made arrangements to send their delivery people to my office before 5PM. I just recieved the package. I don't have to miss my medicines tomorrow. I will continue to order medicines with Practo since it is not really their fault and not even the courier's fault as it was the delivery man who messed up things. No point in holding the companies responsible for one individual's mistake.
