I have received a package from your company today by aramex courier (Ref no [protected])
I have received the package which contains one dress material. There is no order id and what i can see is only a reference id which says 18338 in the consignee details of the courier slip.
I remember not ordering any material on your site and this order has been processed/delivered wrongly to me. I had got a link on my fb and the link was gone through by me, added two dresses to my cart but never had i confirmed my order.
I had chosen two dresses and saved in my cart but did not confirm or process my order. To my surprise the order i received this morning is not what i actually chose or added to my cart and it is only one item.
I have made a cash payment to the courier as they will not accept returns.
I request you to kindly cancel/refund my order and arrange for the same.
Please let me know through email how i should proceed in regards to return the wrongly dispatched item and i would like to get the refund either through neft or alternate mode of payment to my bank account.
