The customer service experience has been less way than satisfactory.
I believe that constructive feedback can lead to improvements and help maintain a healthy customer-provider relationship but it appears they took it the wrong way.

I am providing feedback regarding my gym membership experience, which I started in July. While I initially had high hopes for a positive experience, there have been several issues that have left me dissatisfied.
Firstly, I've observed that the trainers at the gym do not seem to be as professional or well-trained as I expected. Unfortunately, my experience led to an injury, which was quite discouraging. Additionally, I noticed that the equipment maintenance could be improved. When I raised these concerns, I was met with a response suggesting that it was my mistake for not noticing these issues earlier while making the payment.
Furthermore, I have requested a tax invoice, but the one I received did not include tax details. When I inquired about this because tax envision happened here, I was informed that this is how the gym operates.
The issue of excessively loud music in the gym is another concern. Not only can it be disruptive, but it may also pose health risks to some individuals. When I raised this concern, the music seemed to become even louder afterward. This behavior is not conducive to a supportive and professional gym atmosphere.
Moreover, I've observed that some instructors socialize with friends who are not actively exercising, sitting on a bench, and often laughing and talking behind the backs of women which is not in line with promoting a comfortable and respectful gym environment.
I requested information about the gym's refund policy and, more importantly, the safety of female members. However, I did not receive the promised email with the terms and conditions or safety details. When I followed up, I was informed that the email had been stuck in the server for over two months. When you encounter the question they misbehave and tried to pull my hands. It's a harshment to get your refund.
