I ordered customized gift items for Diwali gift on 25th Oct 20 as it was promised to deliver by 4th Nov 20 as per portal. There was major charge paid for delivery as well. Upon non receipt of items, I followed up and got response as its reprocessing due to some quality issue. After 4-5 days while follow up again got same response and promise to expedite the delivery. Wherein there has never been any communication from their end on updates/tracking and still no delivery confirmed. It affects our reputation as we could be unable to deliver gifts to employees as last moment ditch doesn't leave time for other such options.
