Dear team,
My order no :[protected] i placed this order on 1st of november 2018 for diwali festival occasion to my friend today is 10 of november 2018 still my order not received yet and my sentiment hurt by your team.
On 6 th of november delivery boy called and some miscommunication happened regarding the sender address, so my friend refused to received it because the delivery boy told parcel came from haryana and not took my name debesh sahoo.
After that i regularly called 3 times every day to ecom express +[protected], in morning they told me order is out of delivery and today it will be done & in evening another excuse that your order is canceled by you or print venue and promised me that, we surely delivered it tomorrow. Still not delivered. And they update in system customer refused to accept. This is a wrong information.
From yesterday i also spoke with your custer care representative (Print venue), they also make me fool. Today promise me it will done on monday but god knows.
I lives in oman and i spent almost rs 1500+, for calling and tracking my order, waste of my money& energy, my time and my feelings badly hurt by your service.
I humbly request you to kindly look at this matter seriously if you genuinely care and believe in customer service and feelings. I faced the worst-est service ever and i promise i never going to do same mistake again in future. Was this information helpful? |
