Kindly refer my letter to kseb pala on the subject : re location of posts erected for installation of transformer dated 14 june 2018. This property (91/41 lalom village, kizhathdyoor pala belongs to my wife mrs omana job and i hold power of attorney to the same. I had in this connection met you in person and i had meetings with exec, asst exec, and ae et al of pala kseb on different occassions and dates commencing june 2018, having had to travel to pala excusively for this purpose.
It is submitted that the 11 kv line and 220 line are currently on the other side of the pala thodupuzha road which has many residential areas, hospitals, schools and such institutions. The expansions are also on that side of the road. The side of the road where my wife's property is located has few consumers and agricultural land. Logically the transformer should be on that side. If kseb now installs a transformer on this side the lines have to criss crosses the pala thodupuzha road and conjest the road with posts and other installations. It is submitted that pwd had straightend and deconjested this portion of the road acquiring land etc by kstp phase 2. Kseb will undo all the advantage with this transformer installation.
I was given to understand that the step down transformer would be re located as per my request. Unfortunately, last week kseb pala mounted transformer on the same mast, which i had requested kseb to relocate.
Kindly reconcile and relocate the transformer.
