Me and my friend booked a flat in neptune ramrajya during pre launch offer by giving post dated cheque of 27000 on 27th may 2018.
This was with reference through of prop tiger agent akhilesh haribansh yadav who is working with prop tiger.
During booking we was told that you can cancel booking with in 2 days.
I cancelled the booking on the same day night as i changed my view regarding the project.
I informed the same to akhilesh yadav on 31st may i. E, 3 days after cancellation.
I have whatspp messages too for proof.
I was told that for cancellation you can connect with sales manager who helped us in booking flat and accordingly dropped a mail to neptune developers team for refund.
I got response stating that your you will get refund within 45 days from 3rd june 2018.
But i didn't got any refund. They are not replying on mails.
Also prop tiger agent is saying me to go to bhandup office and do enquiry regarding refund its too late.
I have the messages on whatsapp about our conversation.
I have informed him about cancellation on 31st may.
So from that time he should help me in getting my refund back.
But he didn't do so.
Also as per akhilesh's and mit's suggestion i have followed the procedure and didn't got any refund yet.
I waited for 45 days to get my refund but after that when i informed to akhilesh, he is not helping me..
Before booking flat i was told that they will assist me in each and every phase as prop tiger is a brand and they are very reputed.
But now i am experiencing that after cancelling the booking they are just leaving there customers without any support.
I just went to pre launch offer because akhilesh told me just visit the exhibition and i didn't went of my won.
And now he is saying jo ukhad na hai ukhad ke lee on call in this language he is saying.. This is very bad experience.
I just want my refund back and that too u have to work on it to get back as prop tiger associate was calling me every time and made me to book the flat.
On call he spoked i an very bad manner when i told him i will complaint on prop tiger..
I also raised a concern with consumer court.
