I had placed an order on Provogue through the IRCTC link of a combo offer.
I had placed the order on 20th June payment also made online via card, but I have still not received the goods or even a tracking ID.
I have made multiple calls on their Customer Care[protected] number but no one is answering the calls.
I don't know when they will deliver the order or are they even going to despatch it in the first case. Was this information helpful? |
