I used Puma India issued online Coupon Code #-DPDPQ4TCEU of value Rs 5000/- for online purchase of two hooded jackets with MRP Rs 2499/- each, vide Puma Order #[protected], Inv #-2639679 dtd Feb 07, 2023. I returned one item--ESS Logo Hooded Jacket FL B Cotton Black worth Rs 2499/- due to size issues. This has been acknowledged by Puma vide their email dtd Feb 26, 2023. Since then, more than 21 emails and numerous phone calls to/ from custcare have been exchanged without issue of new voucher code. They are simply unable to understand that out of the voucher value of Rs 5000/-, only Rs2499/- has been used, and that they have to issue me a voucher for the unused balance Rs 2501/-. They have made false claims of having sent new coupon code link from "[protected]@email-in.puma.com" without actually sending them. Upon their request, screenshots of "no such results" upon search for such a link was also shared but to no avail. They send emails from unauthenticated sources like freshdesk, which Gmail redflags as dangerous. Despite detailed explanation to custcare over phone, no positive result seen. I am vexed by the unprofessional conduct, delay and denial tactics of Puma to deny me my rightful balance voucher amount of Rs2501/-. Kindly help. Was this information helpful? |
