I had Ordered 8 Products from your Purplle app on 11th August 2021, made payment also (through SBI net banking) Rs.1287/- but after a few minutes it was shown that your transaction failed. But an amount of Rs.1287/- is debited from my account. still now it is not credited to my account. Regarding this payment I had followed up with you & bank also. but your customer care told me we have not received your payment because this transaction failed. You have to follow up with your bank. So I had called my bank customer care and they sent me a message, they said "After investigating with the given details we found that user voluntary added the amount of INR 1287 to his/her Paytm wallet on[protected]."
