PVR Cinemas — Refund request for 680/- on food and beverage

I bought some beverages of total 680/- and then PVR cashier asked me to pay via card or upi. So i tried paying by card but there machine was not working then they asked me to pay via upi so i did and it was successful but they claim that they do not see it at there end and hence i need to raise for refund. So i again paid the same amount to them in cash and I am currently awaiting for refund of my original transaction which was successful but PVR says thay have not received.
Request the PVR team to initiate a refund request ASAP.
The cashier name and details are mentioned in the invoice attached.
