Quick Heal Technologies Pvt Ltd — Renewal not processed but amount deducted

I had ordered renewal for my guardian total security antivirus on 31 December 2021 at about 6:30 pm IST. But after the payment process i was informed that the renewal could not be processed. Hence I tried a second time and the same message was shown. But after some time I found out that the amount had been deducted from my account on both occasions but the renewal was still not processed.
