There is a message on my computer - Unable to update your copy of Quick heal total security. The product key is used from multiple computers. Updates are provided for a single computer. I have changed my laptop. Previously it was Lenevo. Now I am using HP. Because of the change of system, I downloaded the Quick heal software using the same key. I started receiving the above massage. Then I downloaded the software again by using the unused key. Still, I am receiving the same message. Please resolve the matter. Was this information helpful? | |||
