R.s. Yadav Travels — Double seat charged for single space

We booked seats in RS yadav bus from sardar petrol pump, Morena. Varanasi to New Delhi. However when we saw our seats it was made a slight side of a single space. They charged us for double seats. Moreover we were asked to cancel ticket as we raised it...we were in emergency they cancelled the ticket and charged extra once we asked them to allow us sit in the same space in order to took benefit of our situation at that moment. Moreover their conductor is really rude with us. We asked them to allocate an another double seater space they denied...the worst experience ever. Want to suggest people to deal with them accordingly..do not travel with your family in this bus...else one may suffer due to this.
