I checked with their technical person whether the connection is available at my point (Sholinganallur). They said “yes” and can give me connection in 3 days, so i have been asked to pay the initial amount of rs. 1415 and i paid to b. Suresh kumar ([protected]) on dated (5.5.2016) for the plan 2mbps unlimited. They dodged for two weeks and on 21.5.2016, the technician mr. Vigneshwaran came to my house and said there is no possibility to give connection. I mailed the details to [protected]@raajnett.Co.In to cancel my connection. But i dint receive any reply mail from them next two days. I tried to reach the customer care number[protected] many times but none of them were picking the call. After long try i finally got connected to the customer care person. He said he will respond to my mail immediately.
They replied as "we aplogize for the delayed reply. As per your mail, we have checked with our technical team and assigned them regarding the delay in installation. They will reach you asap"
Till now mr. Suresh & mr. Prem from the technical team are not responding to my call and sms. I never expected these kind of behavior from an reputed organisation. I will never ever recommend anybody to go for raajnett connection. They dont even know how to handle a new customer.
I dont need your connection anymore. I want you to give my money back.
