Hi Team,
I have Racold Instant Geyser 3L Pronto Neo which was bought in Dec 2019. Now the Geyser body seemed to have issue causing Electric Shock while touching the water pipe. Also the Geyser is returning electricity in neutral power to other plug points causing Shock to everyone.
Kindly treat this as Urgent Issue as the Customer Care number[protected] isnt working. Also when I raise online complaint in https://aristonservice.in/Racold_customer/complaint.aspx
there is no Service Request Number is Generated also tried with Whatsapp also there is no help.Finallay Sent one email complaint to customer.[protected]@racold.com.
Its urgent and Emergency issue as when we switch on the Geyser the neutral power in the home is getting electrified getting shock from other plug points in home even without switching On.
