[Resolved]  Rama Service Station — Petrol

Dear Sir,
I visited Rama Service Station on 26 may, 2016. I asked the vendor to fill petrol in my Honda City car for Rs. 1000.
I spoke very clearly but he still filled the petrol for Rs. 250 and asked me again how much petrol I wanted.
I told him Rs. 1000. On completion he generated a receipt of 15.87 litres for Rs. 1000.
I set my car's meter to trip.
Today I saw that my car switched to reserve after running for only 70 kms at an average of 11.5 km/litre. This implies that I consumed 6 litres of petrol plus 5 litres remaining in reserve.
The vendor stole more than 4.87 litres of petrol as my car still had some petrol before setting trip meter.
