Mentioned in the bill is not matching with the model no. Of the LED that we have right now reason being the replacement by you. Kindly issue me a acknowledgement letter or email that your company has replaced the model no. (as per bill) UHDLEDVNV43Q549SAM With the new model no. Balance payment of Rs 5, 000 shall be paid as and when the new LED shall be delivered to us i.e. cash on delivery upon the receipt of new bill( as containing the warranty extended by you for the period tAken by you from the date of filing of complaint to the time of receipt of new LED) Sir, talk to your seniors as already you have taken a period of 5 months, still we haven't received the LED replaced As so much name is associated with your company hoping to get the redressal of complaint in coming 2 or 3 days Kindly reply as I am not getting any reply from your behalf as and when I sent you any mail.
