Dear sir,
I have placed wagonr car for service in rana motors two weeks back and the executive picked my car from my home and returned back after its service.
When i checked the car, there is a small crack in the front glass which i immediately informed to the customer care/reception of rana motors at[protected] and after next two days i received a call from reception regarding note down of my query and again after couple of days the engineer mr. Pradeep saini contacted me. The car is again picked up from my house but mr. Pradeep refused to accept the damage and want to put the liability on me. I have informed him that the person who have picked up my car has agreed that when he picked up the car, there was no issue in the glass. It clearly means that there is certain accident occur during the services.
I request you to kindly consider my request and get my glass changed without any charges as it is not my fault.
However i have to take this call to maruti suzuki care.
