5) night latch and brass oxidised aldrop 12” to main door.
6) cromiumplated towel rods in all bathrooms.
7) “c” class g i pipes water pipes.
8) poor quality electrical fittings provided.
9) municipal water supply connections not provided

1) construction of main gate.
2) pavement/compound/ parking area tiles should be replaced with better durable longlasting option.
3) a. C. Lobby in all four buildings.
4) efficiant and trained educated security service.
5) occupation certificate.
6) registration of society.
7) landscape garden with playing eqipments / compound walls.
8) sewerage water plant with underground dranage system.
9) rain water harvesting.
10) solar system in all buildings.
11) street lights on all roads and at main gates/lobbies/staircase/passage.

1) seepage / leakage /ceiling leakage in most of the flats.
2) window frames & sliding provided poor quality
3) bathroom’s fittings provided poor quality
4) wooden doors & mica (Mica joined with two pieces) provided poor quality
5) flooring tiles/marble provided poor quality
6) installed lifts not functiing accurately
7) c. C. Tv not installed/working in all building
8) intercom for all flats not installed/working.
9) cleaning in lobbys / staircase not properly done.
10) reception table in bldg no 3 not provided/broken.
11) dammage fall ceiling should be repaired in lobby area.
12) cracks developed in all walls in all flats, not repaired.
13) uneven tiles in bathrooms/rooms to be replaced.
14) all pending complaints should be taken care of immideately.
We all flatowners wish all issues to be tackle immideately.
