I am using Razorpay from last one year, till date I have not received any call or message from them related to service.
Suddenly on 16th December an email comes that your funds have been held, get your verification done by us.
They demanded from me to give the satisfaction email of their receiver whether they have received the service or not.
I got this email provided to them, and I got them email provided not for 1 recipient but for 5 customers, in which it was clearly written that my customers that we have got the service, we are happy with the services,
Even after that new stories of these people are coming that get this done, get that done, we will not give money,
I want to inform all of you that don't take the service of Razorpay these people are very lazy and they don't have any email id contact number
