I registered in Razorpay for my online training program. They accepted my business and allowed to create payment link. My client did a payment of 8100, and then Razorpay showed, payment on hold for KYC verification. Someone called me on phone saying from Razorpay and asked in detail about my business. I asked them any concerns for verification and they said no. Then next day my account started to show, kyc rejected and account blocked. I was not allowed to raise any dispute ticket nor able to connect to any contact numbers. Finally i got an email id "Razorpay support " and i emailed them. They are simply responding, account blocked, pending payment will be settled after 120 days. I don't understand why they are holding the money and it takes 120 days to settle?
