RBL Bank — Wrong details added in my account.

SUB: WRONG INFORMATION ADDED IN MY CREDIT CARD

I have taken a Credit Card from RBL BANK In 2021
Loan A/C[protected] LOAN AMOUNT Rs.35000 Date Opened / Disbursed 20/05/2021
for your information i never went to a bank and applied for a card.
Rbl people has called to and sanction card
and i never use this card at any where
you cheated me by adding a insurance on my name, in the card
that was not confirmed by me
and you made me a defaulter in my cibil
now i am not getting any loans from banks.

I request you to please remove this overdue amount and remove the written off flag
from my account
its showing as a defaulter in cibil.
