I have booked rbtv on 1st march 2018. The representative of independent tv came to install the rbtv but my cable wire not supported ie signal not received. He asked me for replacement of the cable wire. I requested him to come tomorrow then i will replace the cable wire but he didn't agree with me and pressurized me to replace the cable at a time. But it was not possible to replace the same being sunday on that day. I again requested him to come tomorrow but he said either replace the cable today or pay rs.1750/- as per norms of company other wise your installation will be cancelled but i refused to pay the amount without installation of rbtv setup box. After a few minutes i received a message on my mobile that your installation request has been closed. Than i contacted him and asked about the message hi replied that your setup box has been sold to any other. I have made many requests to install the same but no response has been received.
