I am complaining about the recent handling of an issue I encountered with my Realme x7 pro smartphone, which I purchased on Feb 2021. Following a software upgrade recommended by Realme, my phone's display began to exhibit persistent green lines. After some research I found that this is a common issue with this particular model and realme is replacing the display only for the phones under warrenty. But since for me this issue occured after warranty expired they are asking me to pay . Despite acknowledging that this problem stemmed from the software upgrade and not any physical damage, Realme's customer service declined my warranty claim, citing an expired warranty. I firmly believe that the company should take responsibility for software-related issues, regardless of warranty status. I kindly request your intervention to ensure a fair resolution in this matter.
