First date of complaint was 20th Sep as my in warranty TV was facing display issue.
I have raised a complaint & technician visit also happened on 24th Sep. Technician also confirmed its display issue & they would replace the panel.
Its been 20th Oct & the brand is unable to resolve that issue. The only reply I get is that I need to wait its under processing.
Its been a month for me and I am not able to understand why they are unable to provide me a service & fix my issue. Was this information helpful? |
