I have a Realme TV 32 inches. The remote has stopped working for some time (confirmed by customer care too).
I have called twice to the customer care number (on 9th March and 16th March). Both times, I was ensured that the complaint has been raised and that I will receive a coupon code on my mobile number in 48-72 hours, which will allow me to buy a new remote from the Realme website at Re 1/-.
Both times, I have not received any confirmation, complaint number, or coupon code. This is the most inconvenient customer service there can be.
Moreover, the second time I called, I was told there is no complaint raised against my TV's serial number. Which is quite probably, what happened the second time as well. I have received no mail or text confirmation of my complaint as well. Was this information helpful? |
