Realme — Tv screening problem with pinch of damages

I brought realme 43 inch ultra HD tv from Flipkart 9th may 2022 and installed on 12th. After I used one month we could see they is pinch of dot left side edge corner and the same day from the dot it got crack and expanded. And the screening problems made, so we enquire about this issue with realme customer service there is no proper explanation. And they arrange once, the technician came and he said it was damaged. And told it was not covered in the warranty and for visiting they charged fees. I explained multiple times that it was not customer side happens, since we don't use the tv frequently as we are not noticed on the dot since it's really a minute pinch until unless it get worst. For replacing screen they asked 21000 since it's a new one not even covered 2 month. I have taken extended warranty also while purchase. They is many communication has been send and provide proof screenshot.
It's really makes frustrated the new tv which got damaged and asked for huge amount to replace. Currently we are not using the tv and still it was hanged in the wall. Brought a new tv without using it was really pathetic condition.
As I could understand once the delivery made te product will be responsible for customer however the issue is happened on which side is the question.
I agree any devices which we brought having 7 days of replacement. But after 7th days if I come to know in 15th day what should be done from customer side.
I could suggest to keep rules and regulation have some logic expand. And ask for a reasonable amount from customer if realme not able to replace it.
