Godrej Refrigerator — ABOUT SERVICE
I PURCHASE A REFREEGERATOR FROM KRISHNA ELECTRONIC KANPUR UTTER PRADESH 1 MONTH AGO .NOW MY FREEZE IS DEAD (NOT WORKING) .WHEN I TOLD IT TO MY RETAILER (KRISHNA ELECTRONIC).THEN HE SAID THIS GOOD IS WORST FOR ME .HE IS NOT ENTRESTED IN MY PROBLEM.

Sir,
1. With reference to retail invoice duplicate bill No 42/63 in respect of Krishna Shankar Dey copy of the same is enclosed herewith for your perusal and information please.
2. We have purchased a Godrej Refrigerator GFP-2805 ZOP S.No[protected] amounting to Rs 17, 700/- from M/s Akash Stores, Bilaspur on 21 Oct 2006.
3. The product has been defective on its body, which is being rusted and the chips are falling, the matter has been complained to the M/s and they have made the communication with your firm in Chhattisgarh and the engineer has taken the photographs of the refrigerator. The product has been assigned with the Rust Free 10 years Warranty with ZOP Technology. Teh complaint has been made and frequent contact has been made with the messers to rectify the complaint but they have shown their inability to get replaced/repaired by unauthorised engineer and hence, godrej engineer is to look after and further replacement if required thereof.
4. It is not understood such a reputed firm with the irresponsible attitude to rectify the complaint for such a long period, if required the authority can check and verify the complaint, even the photographs has been taken no cognizance has yet by the firm.
5. The matter is the quality and hence the amount paid for, 17, 700/- is not a mere amount firm should acknowledge and clarify the delay in rectification of the complaint so as to avoid any legal consequences/consumer forum.
6. All the facts can be verified from the messers and complaints/communication details either physically or through tele. You are therefore, requested to replace/repair/re-dunting/painting as deemed feasible which will certainly avoid diminishing the reputation of the Godrej firm.
7. We are still convinced on Godrej product but the services are required to be more cautious and firm so that the customer are not sufferred. Customer satisfaction is the main fact in order to have the reputation of the firm.
Please do the needful at the earliest so as to relieve from the anxities.

Refrigerator — regarding service center
poor service by service center . they also miss behaved as well as do use fool language eg .i complaint regarding refrigetor which give some minor problem when i call them first they refused to write complaint .after insisting theygive me complaint no LR942 and say tommorow mec. will see when he can not come i again call them they did not respond properly &say ''do what can u do ''no body wii care. godrej refrigrater — not attending the complaint after passing more than 3 days
my double door fridge capacity of 250 lt is under AMC . I lodgged a complaint on[protected] under complaint no-133756. Inspite of several reminders and talk to various senoir person Mr Deepak on 23-04-09 and Mr Girish on 24-04-09 no one attend our complaint. We are facing lot of problem after paying a huge amt of Rs.2480 for 2 yrs .
