[Resolved]  SHARP/Refrigerator — Delay in Replacement

Bought SHARP SJ- K20S/181 litre Refrigerator on 31.3.12 from Great Eastern showroom,Old Court House St.Kolkata 1 . (Cash Memo DH/CM/20018/11-12,dt[protected].Delivered to my flat in three day -SHARP Inspector M Manna opened packing on 4.4.12.,found dent on top left,wrote remark as such,no demo, assured replacement.After innumerable phone calls,Shankar Singh,Manager told that as stock not available to use the fridge & replacement in 2 mths.M Mitra came on 8/5 on complaint no 87978 & installed the fridge & wrote it will be replaced in 2 mths,no warranty card given.Since then contacted various people in SHARP 7 finally Swapal Pal came in Aug under instruction of his Manager Chattopadhaya,saw the dent & promised early replacement.Contacted Pal on 28/8 &19/9,everytime he promised immidiate replacement with green colour outside due to non availability of Silver colour model.Till 18/11/12 no action,no call ,no letter ,no warranty from Sharp.
