Reliance Company — Suggestion given by the reliance retail vendor to change from prepaid to post paid which they did not honour | |||||
My reliance number was [protected] and I went to their shop for recharging.They suggested me to make it postpaid which I agreed.I gave the documents that they asked for.They said they will give me a call to confirm my identity, place etc.Till one week they gave me no call so I kept going to their shop.Eventually they called me and attended to the call.But upon reaching their shop they said the call was not attended so they could not confirm my status.Dated 16/07/2013, employee Dinesh.Shop is situated at MG road in Thrissur.?Poonam chambers.I would have continued with my prepaid connection, had they not promised me to convert it to a postpaid connection. main office at ambani knowledge city, navi mumbai 400710 maharashtra Was this information helpful? | |||||

Deducting mobile balance
Sir, i akash of mobile no [protected] .sir i have 40rs in my main balane and 373mb2G data till morning on 21may2016.but in the morning when i switch on my data i found they have deducted my 27 rs from my main balance but still i have data in my account .so please help me and refund my money.
