[Resolved]  Reliance General Insurance — Did not receive my Travel Insurance after payment

Dear Team,
My name is Mohammad Sameer Zuhear
I have bought an international travel insurance recently
mode of payment : Phone Pay
The amount has been deducted but I haven't received a customer copy of my insurance. I tried calling toll free number but it was of no help
I am attaching the transaction details.
I hereby request you to look into the issue and resolve it as at the earliest.
