Registered a complaint on 5 Dec 2022 for Jio OTT apps not loading. On 6 Dec 2022 they closed the service request stating complaint resolved and the same message shows technician visit is scheduled on 9 Dec 2022. Without technician visit or complaint resolution they closed the service request. Thereafter after repeated contacting they never turned up for complaint resolution. Finally after 5 days raised a request for cancellation of subscription, wow what speed two technicians appeared out of no where and reset the router and said the problem is resolved. But, when web content filtering was activated in the router, the problem started again. Technician said you cant use web content filtering, otherwise the apps wont work and It is better to cancel the subscription. This is how Jio Fiber customer Care works. Yesterday they said we will send another technician, but no one turned up and today they have cancelled the subscription.
