I was frauded by some fraud agents who are using the name of a Government body i.e. GBIC/ECOI.

I try to approach GBIC/ECOI but the emails are directly forwarded to Fraud Agents which means they are doing this dirty business and nobody is here to listen to us.

Guys, I also tried to approach the company through IRDA and GBIC or ECOI, reliance firstly show me some mails and documentation work in reference to my complaint but after some days they give a master reply with BOG EXCUSE that our free look period is only 15 days and we will not entertain any complaint after this as you have signed our form and we will not help you anyhow.
Such a bad company.
When asking them for the complaint against AGENT then they told me this is our internal matter, we will take it at our end.
In the end when I ask them how should I come to know that they have taken any action or not as they make. so many frauds by the reference of https://www.consumercomplaints.in but they denied entertaining any word
