My name is BANDI VENU GOPAL REDDY., Appointed as a DCM at SF19, PHARMA DC, VIZAG., at on[protected] ., Actually I am came from out station Hyderabad., I am new to the Visakhapatnam City ., Here RIL STAFF ATTENDENCE IS POOR, From beginning[protected] onwards & STAFF behavior also not good, They Play a Local Politics Here ., As a DCM ., I was Tried for Controlling the bad situation Here., But they can't come to the Control & The same informed to my R1 Manager - Mr. Srihari ., But he don't take any action upon them, Due to his leanest they were not care about my words, They were try to put me in Trouble., DC Local Staff collude with SLP - LPO - Mr. GOVINDA & Made a So many allegations with me & LPO- GOVINDA., Misuse his Power to Raised False DSIR'S with me & The same Highlighted to his South State Head - Mr. CHAITANYA SHUKLA., As a State Head he also not making proper investigation & Enquiry., The same False Allegations marked to Higher HR, ER & SLP Team, They were also not making Proper Physical Investigation & Enquiry about that False Allegations & Based on their Lower Team Evidences, , Without Proper intimation at a Spot at[protected], Terminated my Job without Notice Period ., Minimum they con't fallow the Labour Act & Insdustrial Disputes Act, Act 1947 ( ID ) & industrial Relation Code, 2020 ( IRC )., Due to this effect my Family members fell in depression & My Children's & My old Parents Fell in ill ., Please conduct Proper investigation & Provide Right Justification here & Sit Right System here & Re-Appointed my Duty / Provide 3 Months Notice Period as per Labour Laws & Protect my Family by this False Allegations & Local Staff Politics., I HUMBLE REQUEST you please.
