Just don't know where to start from! Tired of inefficient and Unprofessionalism of this company. I had booked unboxed car i20 from them. The vehicle was sent to maintenance after the car met with accident with bent fender and Headlamp damage on 19th June 2019. Whenever I called them to know update, replies were like-parts are not available(which was blatant lie as I confirmed with superon Hyundai), And you will get a call within 10 minutes which I never got. Multiple mails and calls, and still now I don't have my car. I am not liable to pay for negligency on their part. The documents reached late at repair centre, the work started late, then even when the work was completed around 10days back, no one bothered to contact me. Why should I break my head for this. I will go for court case as it has caused me monetary as well as grievances due to non compliance of what they say. No way I can continue with this company where they take customers for fool or for granted. Very patiently i have watched their pattern of response which is pathetic. I am not going to pay any EMI and I need compensation for the distress caused. This is just not done. I am an orthopaedic surgeon and hardly get time to write such long paragraphs. Had to do it.
