Hi,
I have booked smart 101 phone booked under order no. Rb[protected] by paying rs.2999/- through your payment gateway on 8.2.2016 in response to ringing bells advertisement published in hindustan times.
The company i.E. Ringing bells has not yet supplied the above said phone nor refunded the booking amount of rs.2999/- since then despite my various email messages. In their last communication dated 26.2.2016, it has been mentioned that instructions are being given to payment gateway m/s payumoney to refund the amount towards booking of smart 101.
You are requested to do the needful done urgently.
