Rose N Cakes — refund not being given

I accidentally placed an order which wasn't international. So due to that, they had to cancel my order. But they aren't willing to give me a refund to my bank card. Instead of that, they are giving me a credit voucher but I told them that I want a refund. Then they have started ignoring my emails.
