I am regular traveler in v1 bus (Royal cruiser) that departs from tollygunge. I reach the stand by 9 on a regular basis and find that departure time changes everyday. Some days it departs on 9am, some days on 9.10am, some days on 9.15am, some days on 9.20am, some days on 9.30am. I travel daily on the following timings. Today (16/02/2018) i was a bit late and reached the stand at 9.10am. I found that a bus is standing (Red in colour). I took a seat. I assumed that by 9.30 the bus would depart, but to my surprise, it was 9.45am and there were no staffs to be found and answer our queries. Seeing no hope, i and some fellow passengers got down from the bus and took a ctc bus. Please look into the issue. If this things go on repeating, i am sorry to say you guys will lose your customer base more, although i dont think you guyz have a huge customer base if this is your service. Very disappointing.
