I have ordered a product " Lenevo vibe k 5 plus 3 GB order number " in dated 8/12/2016. Which order number is 15280 and paid ₹7999 through paytm wallet. But still order status is processing...

I am trying to contact on given toll free no. Which is[protected], but its not responding... I have written so many mails but not responded by merchant.

Please help me out from this and help me to get my product or cash back...
