[Resolved]  Saharayn Universal Multipurpose Society — Request to release Saharayn Universal Multipurpose Society Limited Deposits of My 69+ years old mother

My mother, Smt. Usha Gupta (69+ years old), invested in the deposits of
“Saharayan Universal Multipurpose Society Limited” during the year 2012 amounting Rs.40000.00 ( Two Policy taken of Rs. 20000.00 each- one in her name ( Smt. Usha Gupta) and another one is in my name - daughter name- Swati Gupta), which were require to redeem in the year 2018 with the twice value.
When she went for redemption in Firozabad branch office from where those policy were issued, they replied that the period of these policy have been increased by company due to market position, It will redeemed in the year 2020 with additional applicable rate of interest.
Redemption period had been over again, but branch is refusing to release my payment. The detail of my policy is given below:

Since she is 69+ years old and she has no source of income as she has been lost her husband in year 2011, she needs money to meet my medical expenses and to buy daily needs of lively hood.
She has gone lot of times for payment, but she founds disappointment only. Due to her age, and situation, I request you to please consider and release her payment as soon as possible by way of demand draft or any other mean .

As my complaint has been forwarded to Saharayn Universal Multipurpose Society Ltd. customer services via mail dated 09.10.2021 by consumer complaint .in . through id no. 3009532 for reply from company representatives within several days. But till date i did not received any mail from there . please look the matter and do the needful as the situation defined earlier. please do the needful on immediate basis.
