I Ordered a product from the website saintG.in on January 30, Order #28215 which company did not deliver even after following up on my order multiple times, I kept chasing and following up and no response. Finally after 2.5 months company sends me a gift card of the similar value to purchase which I don’t want and this is without any communication. I have been requesting for a refund as I don’t want to buy anything now the sale is over. However, has not responded to my request and conveniently choosing to ignore and not reply on my email.
